Step 4 adds a block of questions for each business area the requester ticks, but only when the request type allows that area. A few blocks follow the request type alone. Click a row to load that request type into the question tree.
Each item was confirmed by running the form's own conditions. "See it in the tree" loads a scenario that shows the problem.
